Criteria:
1) Are you at least 18 years old?
2) Have you had chronic lower back pain for at least the last 3 months?
3) Does your lower back pain require regular use of pain medication?
4) Do you have a BMI less than or equal to 39?
5) Have you experienced major trauma to your back in the last 6 months?
6) Do you suffer from Rheumatoid arthritis or fibromyalgia?
7) Have you ever been on worker’s compensation?
Are you currently undergoing Steroid therapy for your back?
9) Are you currently pregnant or breastfeeding?
10) In the last 6 months have you had a history of drug or alcohol abuse?
