Criteria:
1) Are you at least 18 years?
2) Have you been taking opioid medications for at least the last month?
3) Do you have less than 3 bowel movements each week?
4) Do you suffer from kidney disease or cancer?
5) Are you currently pregnant or breastfeeding?
6) In the last 6 months have you had a history of drug or alcohol abuse?

2) Have you been taking more than 50 mg of oral morphine equivalents for the last 2
weeks?
3) Have you suffered from constipation for the last month?
4) Are you currently pregnant or breastfeeding?
5) In the last 6 months have you had a history of drug or alcohol abuse?
