Criteria:
1) Have you had active head lice for at least the last 6 months?
2) Are you generally healthy?
3) Do you live alone?
4) Are you sensitive to any hair care products?
5) Have you been treated for lice within the last 48 hours?
6) Are you currently pregnant or breastfeeding?
7) In the last 6 months have you had a history of drug or alcohol abuse?

3) If no, must be willing to screen other household members for lice and enroll them as well
