Patient Compensation: $50 a visit
Length of Study: 14 weeks
Number of Office Visits: 7 visits
Criteria:
1) Are you between the ages of 18-80?
2) Have you been diagnosed with Diabetes II? Has your diagnoses occurred in the last 2
years?
3) Have you been diagnosed with Diabetes I?
4) Are you taking any medications for your Diabetes?
5) Are you currently taking insulin?
6) Do you have any know illnesses?
7) Are you currently participating in a clinical trial?
Are you currently pregnant or breastfeeding?
9) In the last 6 months have you had a history of drug or alcohol abuse?
Answers to qualify:
1) Yes
2) Yes (If diagnosed in the last 2 years: can’t be under the age 25 or have a BMI less
than 25)
3) No
4) No Diabetes pills or taking only one type of diabetes pills (can’t be taking
Metformin)
