2) Do you suffer from Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Chronic Regional Pain, or
Chronic Soft Tissue Pain?
3) Do you take daily Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory drugs (such as Aspirin or
Ibuprofen) regularly due to chronic pain?
4) Has your doctor suggested taking Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory drugs daily or do
you feel they would help?
